Teeny spherical imprints in the dirt exposed the flaming mare’s insignificant presence. She who lurked in the shadows, waiting for life to just pass on by, or for the sun to smile upon her flamekissed skin, and bring back the wide-eyed hopefulness that once occupied her heart. The innocent frame of a small body leapt forwards, her glossy eyes gazing through the dark as she carried on with her quest. Her silky, curly hair danced upon the ground like flames as the mare’s head sunk down onto the soil with her eyes closed, hiding her innocent girlish glare from the world.
In every way, this spindly and all too fragile mare looked broken. She had begged for a quiet life and was left abandoned. But her fervent heart would only grow bigger with time, and those who knew of Rhea would also know of her ardent unwary ways. She could not crack. She would not.
All she needed was a weapon. She had lost her army of followers and those whose loyalty never wavered had gone missing. The girl needed someone forceful… Or something.
Rhea had a goal and a plan.
And she intended to follow through.
It has been forever since the little one set her foot in the lands of Elasium. She could not spite this place or its residents. But she was willing to sacrifice her prejudice and believes to get her will. Her breath was rippling nervously as she finally stepped forward towards the land of magic. Oh, how she hoped they would all leave her alone.
You see the Story of a Broken Heart, will tell you More than a Million Scars.

Caeli Pluvia Remember me, Once in a while, Please promise me you'll try When you find, That once again you long, To take your heart back and be free If you ever find a moment, Spare a thought for me
She felt like her wings were on fire... Well, they even seemed on fire - with their bright colors shifting from a deep winered to a lighter yellow reminding her of sun rays early in the morning. Thinking someone must have blessed her life with this sort of happiness, the mare flew a little higher just to peek above the rainy clouds - those were clealy not in doubt of which season it was. Caeli loved rain. She did not mind a little coldness with the wetness. But soon enough exhaustion caught up on her pregnant body. A deep breath, gazing at the blue skies were taken before she let herself fall for just a bit. It was a lovely feeling - she knew the foal enjoyed the trip up in the air as well. How could he or she not?
Caeli spread the huge butterfly wings and landed perfectly not far from the border of Elasium. It had become a place she was very fond of. When she had rested for a bit she planned on going home to Slavian. To Dawn if she would be able to find the stallion who fathered her foal. The red curls fell around her with a feminine yet wild touch. Her fur shining and healty. Unknowing that Insanus had had her mother erase her memory, she now looked young again. Felt young and loved. She did not hurt a bit.
As she was just about to lay down a red mare appeared not far from the tree she stood underneath. Caelis lips moved and a welcoming neighing sounded from her calm voice.
Rhea had walked quite a distance to get to Elasium. But as she entered the forbidden lands she felt restless. Anxious. How did she dare to leave the sedative grounds of her northern home? How could she betray her heritage and entire believes to seek answers? As she watched the drizzly, dusty clouds pass by, she fell into a false sense of dullness. Observing the dark mountain tops in the horizon. Studying the trees casually swerving back and forth in the wind. She might even feel elated, even free, as she stretched her spindly legs for each step she took. Maybe she could reinvent herself. Construct a new name, a different personality and a fresh life. She could turn back time and be her youthful self. She could be happy.
But of course a different path did not await the crimson mare in Elasium. The cruel darkness and her one true enemy would, as always, await her arrival whenever she tried to cut herself free from her bitter destiny. Her peace was lost the moment another mare interrupted the silence. The innocent stare turned into a cautious and disbelieving stare. A shutter went through her slender body that she could not recognize. Was it fear? Or perhaps spite? Whatever it was, Rhea did not like it. Just as much as she did not like this thick, winged mare crossing her path. Okay, so the mare wasn't blocking her lane, but she was definitely trying to catch her attention. How dare the one with those filthy wings insult the red one with her presence. Rhea didn't try to be unfriendly, but she could not hold back an offended snort towards the stranger.
Wearily and definitely unwillingly, she stepped forward. Many hostile comments lay upon her pure tongue. Greetings that would never see the light of day, as Rhea knew not to cause a brawl on uncommon grounds. Skeptical but tender, she greeted the intruder, trying her best to reserve judgement upon her. ,,Hello?" Her lips shaped the words but the mostly fierce mare seemed to have lost her voice. Friendly but reserved, she reminded herself, but it was easier said than done. Could this dame be... Was this... Did she know... Kharuno? Feeling so bewildered, she almost forgot her grudge towards the ladys wings and the magic within them.
Shaking the thought of her old enemy, she raised her head high looking important and definitely royal. This might be an ambush. Perhaps a test. Either way, she refused to look weak in front of this inferior and her allies. The red one cleared her throat formally, stepped a little closer and let her eyes wet by innocence glare upon her. If Rhea had any talents, it would definitely be looking dignified despite her girlish figure and fragile aura. ,,May I ask what brings you here?" If you listened very closely, you could hear a meager shiver in the ardent's firm voice. A subtle tensing went through a muscle, as if the red one was preparing to flee. Rhea hoped she wouldn't have to.

Caeli had a fear for few things in life... Often she did not recognize danger when it was standing right in front of her. Evil eyes did not command her to obey or run away as fast as she possibly could - on her hurting front legs. No she had never had a sense of what to be scared of. It was silly things - like thunder. Snakes... So when her eyes landed on the red lady she did not know, she did not find anything unfriendly or dangerous about her. She simply gazed with awe - this mare was indeed beautiful. The deep red color, the long mane and her pretty eyes cathced Caelis attention. She felt a little warmer than before even.
A voice came over her lips. An almost silent hello. Caeli smiled and encouraged the stunning mare to come closer if she would, by shaking her head towards the three - it was safe underneath. At least Caeli felt like it was. "Hi there." her feminine and oh so ever happy voice said. "I was just about to rest my wings - it's been a long flight from my home in the herd of Slavian. Well, I just like the feeling Elasium brings me - it's so magical!" she couldn't resist to just let her voice almost sing the words she meant so much. Caeli Pluvia did not feel the shadow of her old self in this moment. She was like reborn. All the suffering, tears and hurt from her past had vanished from her surface. Only a little sting in her heart sometimes botherd her...
